A player whose time is up hasn't been skipped in http://www.wargear.net/games/view/761028. Others in this game have been skipped and booted, so not sure what changed.

i can't see thru the fog, so can't tell really. it doesn't appear that he's on vacation (which overrules skip/boot terms), so there's that. It'll have to go to tom, most likely. Send him a PM with the link.
