Please not Eden! That map is great. I also like the creativity in the layout of tree of life.
I've had special plans for Eden for a while now. Stay tuned.
I'm thinking of sitting down and going back thru the more recent threads that could use tom's input on and sending him a PM to come take a look. I think we're at a turning point with this site that it's going to need some active attention for a bit. If we don't address some of the things brought up (player/designer bugs, a decluttering, etc) we could eventually go the way of ToS. I think we're much more stable than that ever was, but i see it heading that way without a bit of scraping and some fresh paint.
I sent him a message about this, though I didn't specifically mention this thread.
I'd keep Tree of Life
How about this... Go to the boards list, sort by Designer, and vote for 3 boards to go, and 1 to stay. So each go is a +1, each stay is a -1. The highest 3 scores get retired. Yeah?
I vote:
Tanks
Tree of Death
Dodgeball
---------------
Tug of War (I think I found a way to make this more interesting, and kind of want to try it)
I'm a teacher, ergo terrible at following directions.
I like:
Capitalisms
Captain's Log
COmmunicating Doors
Fantastica
Mellennium Falcon
Of Kings and men
Pipeline
Rockem Sockem
Spy vs. Spy
and
Tree of life
Please don't get rid of any of those.
Keep:
Tug of War
Spy vs Spy
Pong
Retire:
Pipeline
Am I the only one who loves kings and men?
It is a board in which there is actual strategy, and someone can pull a come-from-behind victory.
Plus it's so pretty!

Since there have been 76 games on it so far this year (not counting private games), I'd say you are not the only one.

It's the second most played map I've made. It would be first if Spy vs Spy games weren't so short.
Ed, when I look at the list of boards and filter by your name, I don't see the full list you've described in this thread.
Make sure all difficulty levels are selected.
was working on a list of my preferences when the board page crashed on me (see here).
All I got thru was the boards I'd prefer not to lose.
like to keep:
Captain's Log
Communicating Doors
Dungeon
Fantastica
Gila Mongers
Millennium Falcon
Of Kings and Men
Pipeline
Plants v Zombies
Rescue
Resource
Spy v Spy
Tug of War
Warp
I was working on a list of those i won't ever (probably) play. will post that at a later time.
