    I've noticed that when checking the "Board Rankings" page for an individual player, there can be many boards they have played, because they are "Ranked," yet their Win/Loss ratio is 0/0.  I'm pretty sure this is because they have not played a Ranked game but they have played the board in a tournament.  Are players not eligible to Rate boards even though they have played them in tournaments? ..and if not, why not?

    not answering your question - but I always thought that you could also get the 0/0 from private games.

    That is 100% true on the private games.
