Hey Tom,

In this game, I eliminated a player, then finished my turn.  I did not place 2 of my units, and the max reserves is 0, but it let me continue.  Now the board is still listed as my turn, and when I open it it asks me to trade cards, but doesn't actually let me trade.  I can take no other actions.
