Still having problems with the "team" checkbox in simulgear in this game: http://www.wargear.net/games/player/42871 -- see move 317 for example.
In this simulgear game, the history is messed up. It looks like the current turn executed correctly, but I can't tell for sure.

Thanks, BD

I've reverted to an earlier turn for this game.

It's odd, looking at the last orders the team checkbox is clearly set so it is not a Player bug. I'll look into it and get back to you.
Was there a restriction to not allow Reinforcements once you start creating your Attack orders? If so, then I'm not a fan. If not, then why does the Reinforce window not actually have any units in the drop down?

No, you should be able to switch back and forth assuming you haven't used up all your units from any particular territory.

K, then that doesn't work :P

Any progress on this bug?
Uh, no sorry I'll get onto it. Will take a bit of digging.

This has been working for me.

This bug has been fixed and I've re-executed the last set of orders. Let me know if you spot anything else.

Game: http://www.wargear.net/games/player/45586
Place Units, Set one Attack/Fortify Order (any territory, don't use all units to be Reinforced or don't even use that territory), go to Reinforce and get the following:
It appears as if you Place at least one Reinforce order then do Attack then go back to Reinforce that things are somewhat handled correctly. Here is a Reinforce-Attack-Reinforce in which the number of units is incorrect:
It should be 22 which can be seen if no Attacks are set yet:
This has been a bit annoying as to Reinforce it takes a Clear Orders action.
Semi-related, it doesn't look like Placed Units are allowed to be used in Reinforcement, which is kind of odd visually (since at Reinforce phase you have to remember/go back to view what units were Placed). This may be necessary though at least in Team games if Place Units is Off but Allow Transfer is On then you would essentially be able to Place Units on Team (unless of course there was limit to Reinforce then it may not be seen as bypassing the Rule).
Thanks!

Two Enhancement Requests as well:
When clicking Change Orders can your previous Order Set be kept instead of starting all over? This way if you just need to change one order it can be much easier. Very useful in Team games.
The ability to completely Remove your Order Set after already placed. Currently if you click Change Orders everything gets wiped away, but if you leave the page then your Order Set is still active (it's as if you didn't click Change Orders) so there's no way to make it your turn again. Turn Timer shouldn't start over though of course. Again most useful in Team games when needing to collaborate better than previously expected (or if you are testing the Change Orders stuff and realize you made a junky order set before talking to teammates :P).
Thanks!

Similarly if you use units to Reinforce, then there isn't any display of that order in the Attack phase. So Terr A has 30 units, Reinforce 10 from Terr A to Terr B (Yellow dot appears), go to Attack and Terr A displays as 30 units still and no dot (really there are only the 20 units available and Attack/Fortify honors the 20) until using some of those units. Ideally wouldn't the Yellow dot carry over to that Attack phase?

To ensure the game proceeds at a decent pace I'd prefer not to implement this. I think once you've submitted your orders you should be committed. Otherwise this would get frustrating for other players.
Thanks for the other bits, I'll get that fixed asap.
I've updated the Player to fix that nasty reinforcing bug - I don't know how that wasn't spotted before!
Also now the yellow / green dot presence carries over between Reinforce / Attack+Fortify
I couldn't reproduce the problem of Placed units not being available to Reinforce out, this seems to work fine? I think this should be allowed even in Team games if the rule setting allows.
Thanks tom! Not implementing the Remove sounds good.
I can't seem to reproduce the Placed not being available to Reinforce either, so either fixed or I wasn't looking at it right.
New question, in http://www.wargear.net/games/player/45586 I have placed my Orders and we are just waiting for Ender, but when I click on Review orders the Review window pops up but is empty. Dunno why and haven't been able to reproduce. No big rush (unless my orders were blown away :P) and I'll see if it reoccurs.

You definitely have a lodged set of orders - I'll see why they are not showing in the review box.
History is all jacked up on the the AnA game ( http://www.wargear.net/games/player/45586 ). Lots of negative numbers showing (I guess game board is right though).
Example (negatives and un-player color filled territories):
