Pop-ups get my attention. Especially the ones that are warnings. Depending on the context, as long as there are only 2 or 3 sentences, I tend to read every word.
Consider that an over-simplistic "Are you sure?" might scare away some people - never to return. On the other hand, a friendly, "Make sure you read the rules and the about" might make all the difference for some people.

I do agree that SimulGear icon should be added to Options on the Tournament tab and Gameplay should be added inside the tournament on the info bar.

so every time i look at your new pic Yertle i think i'm seeing Turtle & Alf. I had to zoom in on it to realize they were kids! they yours?
oh and what is that thing, a horse?
