I know this is what the vacation setting is for but is it rude to join a bunch of games and then 5-7 days later go on vacation for over 14 days?  I'm not going to name names but I have several games with a certain person in them that has done this and he is in 24 other games most of which he joined less than a week before going on vacation.

It would be nice if after a certain point we had the option to skip or boot that person.  I would be happy with just being able to boot that person with no ill effects on his account.  I know this is a whole seperate can of worms but in theory I could join an unlimited number of games and then go on vacation for 30 days straight. 

Sorry I'm more venting than anything I guess but it's mildly frustrating.

I see that it can be frustrating, and on the verge of rude (not necessarily rude if the game had a good shot of being finished before the vacation IMO), but I think Vacation should be honored without the ability to get skipped/booted while on Vacation. So I'd say it's working like it should.

Since you get a limited number of days (30) for Vacation per 12 months then the player sets his/herself up for not having any Vacation in the near future, in which they will be skipped/booted :).

I agree with you that it's verging on douchey behavior. Just not the kind where punishment should be institutionalized, though.

I'm actually on a non-vacation. If you can believe it, I'm having problems getting flash on my office computer. Home computer is without internet access at the moment. Last time I used public wifi, I got a virus.

me too. the computer they give us at work is locked so i cant update the flash player. no more playing at work

or, you can do what I did and buy a router and a cable and bring your laptop to work. Flash (and youtube videos and many other things) won't go on my work computer either, but I don't care.

Hello! If I'm the guy you're talking about, sry, but my week of "vacation" wasn't planned, that's why I blocked 24 games for at least 5 days! XD
But hey, I can assure you that vacation can be a double-edged, so players are reaaaaally careful using it. And I can bring my recent experience to support that: 4 days of vacation and I came back home the fifth one! Got skipped in 24 games and lost 4 days of vacation.... ARGH! XD
