Good use of mountains/rivers to set up barriers. Takes a bit to get going because of the large continents, but if you like digging in for a long game this is a good one.

Only played one game here, so may not be the norm. But our game was excruciatingly long. It lasted several months at least. Besides that the board looks really good, and i'm sure it would be fun if there wasn't a stale.

I personally believe this is an excellent board. The designer really pulled off quite a feat replicating Skyrim in this map, the mountains provide nice separation so there aren't Cluster F-s everywhere.
The bonuses/continents are adequately balanced depending on the difficulty of defense of each area.
We truly have the mind of a superior designer here, I hope he continues to make more maps in the future!
