This is a standard rules world map.

Bonus: 1 army per 3 territories with a minimum bonus: 3 armies

Unlimited attacks / 4 fortifies per round.

Prion 4 is meant to be set around the turn of the century. During this time a doctor trying to find a cure for the common cold instead created Prion 4, a reovirus which spread around the world like wild fire. Although the exact cause for it's release will never be known, the effects will always be remembered. The world became infected within weeks killing 90% of the population and completely collapsing the world economy. Most survivors relocated themselves to the major cities of the world in hopes of finding sanctuary, food, and clean water.

Most were able to find these things, but many of the upshot leaders wanted more and the world broke out into total war. This is where you enter the picture; you are a recent upshot, who succeeds a predecessor whose demise is cloak in secrecy. Your goal is to keep the denizens fed and warm while eliminating the thread of rival groups.
