Great concept, interesting gameplay, poorly executed. I'm stunned at how many people rated the graphics highly. It looks good - as long as you don't want to play a game on it. It's very difficult to tell the territory types apart. It's impossible to tell apart neutrals vs fogged vs white, which is an absolute dealbreaker in my book. The board is visually super busy - only an experienced expert in this board could look at a game in progress and draw any conclusions about the game state without rigorous study. Tons of effort, and an innovative and interested game mechanic, wasted on a board I probably won't play again.

Fun board to play, it pays to know the board as certain spots are nice to have early on.

Not my thing. Each fo the different chimps-to-humans were not easy to tell apart. It took too much effort to figure out who has what all over the board. Just not my thing. Interesting concept.

Very cool map! This board has a lot of great features, including a visually stunning and well-drawn map, unique attack and defense strategy, a large number of territories, and hordes-style bonus armies. I'll be playing this one again

I really like this map. Still working out how to balance expansion with protecting your uprights, but it's original.

Great idea for a board. Like Jigler says, the bonus structure is Hordes-like but it is definitely a unique extension.

I can't believe I haven't rated this board. Just a bit intimidating at first glance, the large scale is correct for the concept; The graphics are eye-catching and perfectly executed (though you do have to pay attention to what is what); and the concept and realization are brilliant.
Rounding up from 9.5 makes it Perfect.

An excellent board. Smart movement/bonus structure.
...Forces players to keep their momentum pushing forward on offense, instead of collecting.

It's like King of the Mountain -- with lots of mountains! Actually, I'm kind of a fan of this board. I'll be playing it again, for sure.

I think this is a well done and very original board. It's pretty much a vamped-up version of hordes. Got to expand early and keep on going. The graphics get to me a little, i think it's a little too busy. Still though, great job. I enjoy the board!

This one has everything: Great graphics, ingenious evolution concept, unique board movement, and unique/fluid bonus structure. They all put this board on the top of the list
