Board Description

Cumberdale's Bomb Factory

Simultaneous Play!!!

Each player begins in one of the two bomb trays on either side of the conveyor belts. All attacks in this game occur on a percentiile, but the chance of each defensive unit scoring a kill depends on how close the bomb is to the other player's tray. The percercentages vary from 30% at the weakest to the actual tray itself at 90%. The attacker always kills at a 60% chance for each dice rolled, so it is easy to see how the defense goes from having a great disadvantage to a great advantage as the attacker travels across the board.

Every territory is worth a bonus unit, and the trays also receive a continent bonus of +3 units each. It is advisable to consider very carefully when and where to make attacks and build defense after the 2 sides meet.

As always, thanks for playing and enjoy!

Each bomb you capture and hold is worth a bonus unit. Your tray (arrow) automatically gives you 3, but if you lose it, you immediately lose the game.

There is no units/territories or min units, you only get units for the "continent" bonuses i have descrived above.

Message from Cumberdale:

This game is adapted from the original "Bomb Factory 5" I created on another website. That game was played BAO (Blind at once), meaning each player made their choices at the same time, and then after both finished, attacks were resolved in order according to a predetermined order, and the player would start their next turn seeing the results of the previous turn. It worked quite well with this board concept, as each progressive step down the conveyor built could easily be given a % of attack and defense. Someday if a similar system is available on Wargear, I will recreate that map as per the original. In the meantime, hopefully you enjoy this version. I think you will find that the capital city option that Wargear offers, makes a nice addition to this game.
