Each player starts with 10 units in each Light Cycle they own (Hopefully it will work out to be even and any others become neutral)

Unlimited attacks with 2 fortifies and you can fortify to any connecting territory.

Attacking is pretty much how it looks, you can attack anything that connects to your section of the Light Walls. The top and bottom Crash Columns connect also.

Each Light Cycle has a +1 defense modifier.

Bonuse are for controling sections of the Horizontal light walls past the Crash Column and also controling the Light Cycle. Each section with the Light Cycle is worth +2. If you control both Light Cycles in a row you get double the bonuses, which is nice but breaking the bonus breaks both. The bonuses go out from the Light Cycles on each side so the further out you control the Light Wall from you Cycle, the higher the bonus.
