I think the "Keep" version is definitely the best. "Abandon" is a little too fast paced for my liking with the early slash and burn that can take place. I like the game dynamics and features. It is not as complicated as it looks and makes for a fun game!

Fun game of fighting top down and jumping back to the top. Some key territories thrown in the mix and a cool continents system.

Reading the other reviews, perhaps I need to give this some more time. I thought I figured out a strategy but have just been demolished by others. That wasn't fun.

Very fun and addicting. However, there is realy only one stratagy to winning the game. It is a race to the top.

Great board, fun to play, awesome balance and lots of different strategies for winning.

Fun board that plays well to the theme! Graphics are nice and clear and the gameplay actually flows seemingly like the good old game without being overly complicated or too un-Risk-like. Good board to play to try something new!

Quick and enjoyable gameplay often requiring a fair amount of intuition. Clever use of vision and border modifiers.. if you like fog maps with abandon, try this out.

I really like the graphics on this one, well done. Gameplay is interesting for sure, i had fun with it. Can someone tell me what's going on with the board name though?

I've played a few games now, and I like it (except that I rarely seem to win). I wish the graphics were better...I get that it was intentional, but hey we no longer have to live in the 80s.
