I would suggest going through Louisville and Kentucky. Get the +4 bonus were Missouri is. Essentially you need to fight green.

In Civil War. That sounds good. Won't be able to move that direction yet. See if you can take the few purple spots out, so he can attack us from to many angles. I will take out his troops in the south. You may want to take Virginia as it is a +4 state, since blue has no interest in state bonus. Need to push him to central or form a truce if possible, but that may cost us.
