For the first couple years you make stuff, it’s just not that good. It’s trying to be good, it has potential, but it’s not. But your taste, the thing that got you into the game, is still killer. And your taste is why your work disappoints you. A lot of people never get past this phase, they quit. Most people I know who do interesting, creative work went through years of this. We know our work doesn’t have this special thing that we want it to have. We all go through this. And if you are just starting out or you are still in this phase, you gotta know its normal and the most important thing you can do is do a lot of work. Put yourself on a deadline so that every week you will finish one story. It is only by going through a volume of work that you will close that gap, and your work will be as good as your ambitions. And I took longer to figure out how to do this than anyone I’ve ever met. It’s gonna take awhile. It’s normal to take a while. You’ve just gotta fight your way through.”

Right now I'm wishing there were 'reviews' like on WF so I could tell you how brilliant I think Castles is.
So.... this

Really isn't working for me. Lots of borders are intuitive that don't exist. For instance, it's just as likely from the image that Caribbean attacks Venezuela as Colombia. Greenland really doesn't touch Quebec? From the overlapping redness, UK should touch Norway. Malaysia and Thailand are less connected graphically than most of these that don't actually touch. etc. I'm all for a creative way around the boring old "dotted black lines" or whatever, but... this seems imperfect.

Yeah, also the island on the bottom right, you cannot move out of the territory. Ha, I placed nine men in there, and then could not attack anyone !!!! LOL. Need a serious review of the whole board. there are a few other border issues, but don't know the names. Also, accessing the water from the docks is also quite unexpected in how it works. Having said all that, can I add that I love the gotham city game. great concept to play. thanks!
Dude, Gotham is totally broken. There is no borders in the bottom right continents. I'm not gonna tell you which ones they are since I don't know the names and I'm not looking. Mr. I-Can-Release-Without-Review-Because-I'm-So-Cool!
