Not an enjoyable board as it is not an obvious game play for risk. I don't like it but it does not mean it is a bad board, it is just fair or less to me at this time.

This needs to have the original 2v20 option as the hail mary save.
This is all important since it is a capital cities board. It would be preferred to be after the balloons to kill the darts and once you have the other player's dart, the 0v1 comes back in to play, unless you darts are switched. The event logic is much more complex; however, it the current form, one mistake and the game is over. The mistake is allowing your opponent to get a single bonus period.
