Heya Andros, have you been following your thread ( http://www.wargear.net/forum/showthread/2032/New_board_or_scenario ) in regards to the new board or scenario for modifications to a basic Risk board? Basically, you could create a new board with your own settings and play it privately or try and get in touch with the original designer and see if he/she would add a Scenario with your recommendations. There's some discussion on the thread also which may be that some people add ideas for Scenarios to the Global Warfare, so might chip in with ideas there. Thanks! =Yertle
