    I am 99% certain a player is cheating by playing with 2 accounts in the same game.  
    Who to and how do I report this please ?

    At the bottom of every game page, there is a link that says "Click here to report a problem or cheating (note in-game alliances are not cheating)"

    Click that link.    Or you can send a private message to the admin, Tom:

    Can't see any suspicious activity in Vulture's games myself but then he's got several fogged ones so if it's still active I likely wouldn't, Recently finished ones look OK to me.
