So i'm not sure how this is supposed to be reported. But there is clearly some fishy things going on in this game:

Two players join Wargear exactly the day the game gets created,  as far as I can see only joins that one game (?), randomly offers to surrender already from the start, and make some very fishy moves.

Obviously, there is some cheating going on.

At the bottom of the screen you use when taking your turn (all the way down) is this:

"Click here to report a problem or cheating (note in-game alliances are not cheating)"

Generally this is for tom to investigate and take action on. We generally don't debate such things in the forum.
