Is there a grouping or community of specifically retired players? Might be fun to connect socially / through gaming with other retirees.
Children everywhere certainly dismayed to learn Santa has retired so close to the Holidays!
Ho ho ho
;)
I don't know of one (and I wouldn't qualify if there was)
This thread should give you a general idea of the general age of people on this site - though many don't play any more.

Damnit....39 looked very old when that thread was started!
I turned 40 last month.
I registered on ToS on 2/22/08.
I joined this site on 11/7/09.
It's 2020. Wow.
i'll be 45 (going on 55) in a couple months
i registered on ToS on 1/10/08
i registered here on 11/9/09 (and essentially stopped playing ToS at that point)
it's AMAZING how tom has kept this going thru all the hiccups/server issues/etc that pushed many of us here in the first place! those were 2 long years of dealing with no support on ToS.
For the record, Santa, I am indeed retired. However, I keep my smart azz certification current as illustrated in my earlier response. Also, I am unaware of any groups for the "get off my lawn" crowd.
I'll be 48 soon, not retired yet. Registered here directly (instead of going via ToS) almost four years ago. Came with a bunch of friends via a tennisforum where we started discussing board games in a chat thread, some of them are still here.
