What ASM is trying to point out is:
- Games that are live, but from which you have been eliminated, don't count towards your total but.....
- Games that you're registered for but haven't started yet DO count towards your total.
So you have a number of not-started games that are causing the issue.
Or......you could buy a premium membership for the low-low price of $10 for 3 months (or $30 for a year / $99 for 5 years) and not have to worry about game caps anymore.

At least he is not complaining that the dice are rigged. We haven't had a good tantrum over that in a few years now.

Everytime you complain about the dice being rigged they mysteriously get even worse. Wake up people! Follow the money. Find Edger Neubauer.
