Jumping on this thread to see if there ever was a response from Red Baron and what the conclusion was?

I see that Red Baron last logged on 14th October 2020, so right after the last message posted here.

If there were to be any edits to the this board, I think it would be highly advisable to change the initial setup of the map to make all the single territory +1 passageways neutral 2s.  I'd like to see this as an optional scenario to this map.  It would make the starting positions much more even and prevent runaway scenarios where one player simply lucks into double the units of everyone else because of the board setup

Just do it - make a new board called "Antastic Scenarios". You won't break Wargear or even mildly hurt it.
