I know Camel likes to whine, but purposefully (stated) stalling because he is losing should be illuminated as poor behavior on this site.

But how to enforce that? Ie - how to determine between someone purposefully stalling and someone who is just going thru a busy period?

I'm a man.I don't think there's any member here that's been here any length of time that hasn't seen this behavior from him. It's been called out multiples of multiple times.
But even if he is stalling, while bad form (and as stated earlier, been called out on it), it's not breaking any rules. there's a skip/boot option to deal with it.
But I can change,
if I have to,

I don't play real-time games, but wouldn't the fischer clock help with this?

It's not the worst stalling I've seen. I once played someone who got skipped, made a move 30 seconds before getting booted and then left. I also saw the yellow light just before he really got booted so he was probably prepared to take advantage if I had left by then.
I agree it's poor form, though.

FYI, I did not stall on purpose. I got distracted and forgot about the game. It happens sometimes. Deal with it. Not everything is about you.

I've noticed a palpable animosity between real time players a few times. Why can't we all just play nice?
