For the past month or so, I haven't been receiving email notifications consistently. I didn't receive any March 2-15, and it seems to have stopped again on the 19th. I looked around the site/forums and didn't see any announcements, and I did check in my junk folder :)

I know in the past people's preferences have occasionally gotten reset.  Have you checked to make sure you are set to receive emails?
