I've had no problems with the luck charts myself. Which board was this on?

Any of the ones I’ve played recently. Colossal crusades, civil war, capital crusade.

In that case it's likely a local problem rather than a site one. I'm active in a CC game atm and have no problem looking at the luck chart.

Yea, no idea how to really debug it further.  Fusion states it has a debug mode, but not sure how to enable it.  Hopefully Tom comes back with something useful!

They render for me at work - firefox on linux.  But didn't render at home last night firefox/chrome on win10.

 

I've tried both chrome and safari on MacOS and get the same error in the log.

Actually the ones I'm trying are rendering OK so far.

Can you send me the Game URL for a couple that are failing?

Sure.  These are both active games and they don't render for me.  It *seems* that this is an issue local to me as others reported their charts work :(

They both render fine for me I'm afraid! I've tried with impersonating your login credentials as well so it should behave identically.

Do you use any kind of adblocker or privacy tool (Privacy Badger, uBlock, Adblock etc)? Worth checking if disabling them makes a difference.

Might be worth trying in Incognito / Private Browsing mode as well as this usually turns off adblockers / privacy blockers.

If there's still no joy, can you try enabling Chrome console (View -> Developer -> Developer Tools and click on the Console tab then reload to see if there's any errors in there and let me know what they are.

It could be a flash issue on your computer.

Can you see if this link works: http://www.wargear.net/games/player/603719 (this board only has a flash player, no native player. And the luck graphs also work on flash).

If you can see the board in the link above, then flash isn't your problem. If you can't, that is the problem.

I don't have any running adblocker in this chrome profile, but there is one generally installed in chrome on this machine.  Still, I ran in incogito mode and get the same result.

In regards to the flash player, I never run the flash version of any board I play.  Still, I tried the flash version and I couldn't figure out how to show charts.

 

Lastly, I cleared all of my browser cache to see if that would fix the issue.  It didn't.

did the board load via the link Pratik gave? i'm assuming yes if you then tried to load the charts.

Yea, the board loaded fine.

I've been attempting to dig from the outside.  http://www.wargear.net/games/luck/603431/luckchart also doesn't work, and it presents the same error I listed above. I'm in incognito mode and I have my browser cache fully off. The contents of that page: https://pastebin.com/raw/sWSUWyiP. ; I don't know what other information I can provide, but if you can advise on how to put FusionCharts into debug mode I'll give it a whirl.

Have you tried logging in to another computer and seeing the same thing?

 

Since you are able to load the board in the link I gave above, flash on your system is not the problem. Searching for the error you posted, it looks like some JavaScript issue. Someone more well versed with the subject may need to chime in.

So I solved this in the end.  Initially in Chrome, the flash player worked but the map didnt' render.  I eventually tested the flash player in Firefox which said flash was missing.  I installed flash in firefox and then both the flash player as well as the luck chart began working.

 

Going back to chrome, the flash player continued to work and the luck chart failed.  I dug into chrome's settings and added wargear to the allowed flash list.  Once I did this, it all started working again.  Not sure why flash was working on some wargear pages but not others, but happy I was able to land on a solution. Super confused as to why it used to work and then suddenly stop, but oh well!
