I'm trying to purchase a gift membership.  When I select 'one year' and cick 'buy now' I get kicked over to a PayPal site that tells me things don't appear to be working right now and I should try again later.  I notice that the URL has the phrase "AMOUNT_ERROR" when I see this message.
