Just occurred to me. How cool would it be to have borders that were only active if the player owned a set of territories instead of just one, a bit like the continents/factories.
Would add an whole other dimension to the game.

I've thought about that before. Sounds fun. Draw bridges that can open and close. Some of it can be approximated with factories, but there would be a lot of new possibilities that can't currently be done.

Add it to the list on the Wiki if it helps to get it off your chest.
Back in the day when we use to debate these things, Token Territories was pretty consistently at or near the top of the list for most designers.
