Has anyone else experienced a problem where the last couple of orders on any given turn fail to execute on simulgear maps? I've particularly had this problem with attack/fortify to teammates' territories, but I don't think that's the only time it happens. It's happened in multiple games and on different boards, so I don't think it's a board or game specific bug.
