Bruiser has exceeded the time limit to place troops. As he hasn't logged on in a long time, we believe he will not be rejoining the tournament. The game has not started, and we are fairly certain that it has something to do with the recent update.

boot timers have been disabled per this post. they will resume tomorrow (today). at that time, if he doesn't come back, he'll get booted when the timer is up and the game will start. if after that, there's still issues; please repost here for tom to fix.
