Question from a new player, if fog of war is turned on to medium, will you still see continental bonuses from other players?  (From continents you have no vision on)

you only get to see info for what you can see. 

So if there is a continent you can see all territories of then you will see the bonus for that one.  If one of the territories is fogged you don't know who owns the continent.
