Also, the Shire verbiage has been updated for accuracy for each of the scenarios and 2 more Shire scenarios have switched to abandon off (Crazy Killer Hobbits SE, Tom Bombadil SE), though when they revert to neutrals differs by map.

More upgrades - slight map imaging improvements to all scenarios.

Updated scenario - Stronghold Factories - owning a stronghold affords a factory bonus to nearby territories.

New scenario - Lord of the Gear Towers - heavily fogged map, with 10 towers spread throughout the map afford vision up to radius 2 territories.
