To help deter stallers and booters, I would like to see a new rule instituted by which a player cannot start or join a game while it is currently their turn in another game.

So, I would be prohibited to join a regular game on a board that I really wanted to because I had 2 or 3 turns on a complex board like Civil War that might take 20 minutes each and I didn't have an hour to commit here at that moment. Prohibited from starting a new regular game after just finishing one with a friend, until I dedicate that hour to those turns, only to find the game I wanted to join has been filled? I can't speak for others here, but I believe that I am a much better manager of my time than an opponent here. Also, there must be a level of membership here that I am unaware of, this level must allow members to see that players ares stalling. Does it allow you to know if we are on the phone or texting too? Just wondering.... might need to upgrade my membership.
