Sometimes a wall post merits a response.  When that happens you have to either PM the player, or post on their wall.  Neither is a good solution.  A PM takes a public conversation private, and trying to follow even a very simple conversation between two walls is difficult.

If it's not too hard, it would be great to be able to have a reply box to respond to wall posts.  Maybe replies could default to hidden, and you have to click a [+] to make them visible.

also, if we're messing with wall posts, the ability to post private notes for youself to come back and reference later would be great (example of something i would post on someone like ozy/kjeld's wall: big time player, mostly level-headed; great designer reference)

You can post notes on people's walls.  (Under "My Comments")  There is a setting as to whether you want to keep them private or share them with friends.

Maybe you closed that other thread one post too soon?  Perhaps you should add it to your final post that this option is there since he was saying that this is the reason?
