I was just thinking about this map. I enjoyed playing on it last time. I believe where you left of was wanting a better elimination system because of the spy territories.
I deleted 413633 because I'm starting to remember some things and think the other two will be enough to bring me up to speed again.

I had to make the board more complicated to hopefully make it play properly, with working eliminations, etc. So, cities are capitals and there is a simple tech wheel to make it easier to take cities later in the game.
I did the alterations by xml (which has always scared me in the past!), so, forgive me if the games launch but are not working properly, this is my first go on this board with these alterations.
