Hey Everyone, I am a new person here and need help on this site. So I am still getting to know how this site works and exploring it a lot. 

First of all I am wondering when I create live games like say 3 min turns, how long should I expect to wait until the game fills up? 

Also when I try to join other games, I click on the game, but then how do I actually join it?

I seriously need help here, because at the moment this site makes absolute no sense to me. If someone could guide me through this for my first games, it will be well appriciated.

Also how do you send people private messages, I tried clicking on PM, and something odd came up with some kind of payment. 

Welcome on Wargear. It's a great site once you understand how it works.

Obviously, the more players your game requires, the more time it will take to fill in. 2 player games on popular boards will fill in very quick.

To join, at the bottom on the game's pages, you choose your color and simply click on Join. 

To PM, you need to be a premium member. Paying will give you many other features. Otherwise, ingame public messages are free and you can also write on player's wall.

You can also invite players to try games. Don't hesitate to invite me.

If you want to join a game: You click on that Join Game tab at the top, and it lists all the game that are currently waiting for you. 

Then you have to click on the link in the GAME NAME column in order to get to the join screen. Then like Toto says, pick a color and hit join!

Some boards are more popular than others, and some turn times are more popular too.  If you want a game to fill up really fast, create one on Wargear Warfare and make it 2 day turns with 5 players.  It'll fill really fast.

But if you write message on someones wall, how will that person respond back?

They can in turn respond on your wall, or you can send messages at the bottom of the game while it's live.

10 games for Standard members, unlimited for premium. 

I want to say you can join ten tournaments as well. Can someone else confirm this?

I think you can also join some number of private games.  Maybe also 10?
