Maybe I'm just tired and doing something stupid, but this doesn't seem to be working.

For this map:

This scenario has everything locked to the parent map.  I changed the setup on the parent map and saved it.  Both links above (i.e. the designer) show the correct setup.  But I restarted and game, and then killed it and started a fresh game and in the player and board viewer, they are still the old version:

I just went and resaved the parent board and the scenario and it seems ok now.  I think I remember before having some issue with the 'setup' not being inherited from the parent board and having to set it in the scenario.  Even though it was showing up in the designer as changed.
