I think something's not quite right here - all the choices under the Designing Boards section are the same as those in the basic Help section... some of the headings are a bit misleading due to this doubling.

Careful, we're going to get spoiled.

Could we have a list of the current maximums either in the help section or in a sticky note here. Max file size, max dimensions, max territories, max borders, etc, etc.
I know the file size but might as well have it all in one place.

There's only one limit at present Risky - max filesize which is 1MB.

I have received an error when trying to upload images larger than 2000x2000 pix.

No, I don't ever need to make a map that big, but I wanted to see how big was my sandbox.

What error message did you get? Might be a limitation of Flash / Flex.
