Risky's kinda-a-big-deal-ness was so massive it spilled over, so I'm handling the excess here.
Warfish has been down for days; the withdrawls are starting to kick in and people are branching out for their fix.

People don't even post complaints to the forum at ToS anymore.... When people don't care enough to complain its all down hill from there.
I created a few open games with a 'New Players Welcome' title. I'll see if anyone responds.

I want to play here compared to WF. I'm getting tired of it being down constantly. Are there maps here that are the same as the "BIG WORLD MAP" at WF with like 180 territories, as well as Expanded Europe and Asia? Those are the ones I want to play, I don't know enough to make a new map myself...

There are those here. There are a ton of Europe maps and a couple big world maps along with several other types. You'll see some familiar maps here as a lot of the map makers from ToS (that other site) have come over here.
Have fun and if you need anything just post here, we're responsive and almost always around.
Browse around the boards tab and start games. You don't have to be a paying member to start or join any game.

Boards designed specifically to fill the "Big World Map" theme:
Old World Gear (GFX scenario probably best)
Europe theme:
Nothing specific to Asia yet that I'm aware of, although I've seen a China or two in Dev.

Thanks very much, I started a couple games and joined another. Looks like a much cleaner user interface. That one 'big world map' on ToS though is amazing and should definitely be developed over here, even the big one here has about 1/2 as many territories. Thanks for the help, looking forward to playing a lot!

I also am coming over from ToS and rarely played maps outside of the 'big world map.' Do you know if that designer is also on this board?

I am a happy convert from WF to WG. Too much advantage here to even list. But one map I do miss from before is the "Matrix" map. Loved that one alot. Any chance to bring it over?
