What a ridiculous comeback. The sad part is this isn't the only time this has happened. All of you who pay for this shit are a bunch of suckers.
I didn't see poor dice as much as poor play. But that's just my take.
PS By linking to that game all you did was show your immature nature with the in-game comments.

The bouncing boobs avatar didn't tip you off? (not that I disapprove. A married man's gotta get his kicks somewhere...)

Yep, same here, although I do think larai played smart and stayed in it.
Wargear is just an awful depiction of the board game.
Hey, you're right! Now that I think about it the dice were always even when I used to play the board version. I quit Wargear too.
But seriously, you played a fine game, and your opponent DID manage to come back because of the dice. However, you were equally as lucky to be placed in Australia with a two neutral buffer so that he could never attack you there.
Don't let the door hit ya.
'Tis better to be lucky than good.
I... can't find anything wrong with this line of reasoning...

hahaha, i once lost 17 guys attacking a friend from sa to africa, it would have clenched me the game. he started with 4 people, and ended with 2.
If you're reallly anti the randomness of risk, as i often am after a particularly bad series of rolls, you should look into diplomacy. Its a very kickass strategic alternative to risk, with absolutely no dice.
I will also vouch for diplomacy, though my friends didn't seem to appreciate it as much as I did.

Is this WG's version of "going postal?"
Good thing I'm a sucker and don't realize that $10 is a small fortune...
