Factory (capital city) rules:
If someone captures your last (or only) Factory, YOU ARE ELIMINATED!
Factories attack all territories in their borough via one-way borders with +1 to attack. They also receive +1 to rolls when defending.
Factories offer corporate spies who reveal all of the Pittsburgh-proper territories (does not include the territories that start neutral nor other factories)
Factories have a maximum unit capacity of 10 armies.
Factories double the bonus of their borough when held along with the rest of the continent -- a factory held without a complete continent does not give any bonus. The bonus is generated in the factory, so make sure you leave room for freshly generated units each turn.
When a player's last Factory is captured, they are elminated, and the victorious player gains control of some of the murdered rival's territories and soldiers.
You do not receive an eliminated player's cards.
Factories start neutral.
Other Rules:
Medium fog is on.
Continents give bonuses as shown by the correspondingly colored value on the map.
2 Fortifies
No return to attack or placement.
Card capture is OFF.
