It's improbable that a map that seems like such a cluster F on the outset should be so fun and play so well. The widely varying and imaginative territory bonuses always make for interesting, unpredictable games.
A well done map, one of my favorites. Capitals are pretty huge, and a high risk, high reward situation. A few different ways to play the map, too. Only downside is the advantage to the one who goes first.
Enjoyable, varied, and probably not for beginners. Not a map I always win, but a map I'll always play. And yeah, the capitals are kind of a big deal here.
Exciting board that combines a lot of elements but does so very nicely. One thing I've noticed is the continent bonuses don't usually seem to come into play. The strategy revolves strongly around the capitals.
