Board Description

Note to All Comic Book Fans: I had to alter the actual locations of the Buildings for gameplay purposes. If this wasn't my map, I'd be the first one to complain about it.

This is a SimulGear Game

The Island of Manhattan is known for many things: Central Park, The Empire State Building, the Guggenheim Museum, Times Square and of course, the Metropolitan world of the Marvel Universe!

Well, with Real Estate values being what they are, even Superheroes are feeling the economic crunch of living in the World's Most Expensive Island so rather than go through a Mouth Breathing Realtor to find new investments, the greatest heroes of the Marvel Universe have decided to Foreclose on the Island........with force!

Subways can attack any other subway on the map and do count towards the area bonus. All building are capitals (represented by squares on the map out of sheer lack of imagination) and start off the game vacant. Once you take a capital, you can transfer from that to any other capital and with "Fortify to any connecting" ON you can use 2 of them as a portal to get units all over the map. Capitals defend at 20% but have a Max of 10 units in them.

Remember, once you lose a capital you have taken, you lose the game.

The bonuses are divided by the streets so control the sections between the streets to get the bonus labeled on the map. If there is only 1 street and the other side is bordered by water, it's the same thing (I know someone will mention that).

There is no card capture but if you take a capital and eliminate someone you get 50% of their remaining stuff (like divorce but without lawyers!)
