I may rate this board higher if I play it more, but for now I'll leave it at 8.0. I love me these big boards, but I didn't enjoy this one as much as I was hoping for. Maybe if I win a game I'll like it more, or maybe I just haven't figured out the right strategy to enjoy the game. In any case, give it a try, I plan to do so again soon

great fun, but very often won by the player that risks all at the beginning, so too much depends upon luck for my liking.

A very strong board, works well in individual or team play. Usually a fast game which is also nice.

Excellent for single player and team games. The game typically favors the bold. The map image has a very good look and feel, which adds to the fun.

Plays fast (zerg blitz). Good graphics and concept. Strategy is totally offensive minded - Great rewards for taking risks.

This is an excellent board. Very nice concept, graphics, and gameplay. Rushing is a factor but is true to the actual game. Nice balance and room for plenty of strategy here.

This board is great, I really like how the way you play it changes drastically based on what turn order you get and where you end up relative to your allies.

This is a great board for the aggressive minded player. Defensive styles won't work at all as bonuses quickly ramp up. Best played as a 6 player free for all or a 4 player 2 vs 2.

Great at what it is -- a break-neck turn-based real-time strategy game (wait what?). It's not exactly my style, but that's not the board's fault. Play aggressively, but don't get caught undefended.

I've always loved this board. It moves faster than you might expect for a board of its size.
