BOARD INSTRUCTIONS:

Continent bonuses are displayed on the right side of the map. There are no single territory continents. No randomly spawned neutrals... and only a few scenario neutrals. Neutral starting territories in the middle (Empire Space) start with 6 while edge territories (0.0 Space) start with only 3. Min bonus for turn is at 5. Bonus for every 2 territories. Reserve armies are allowed! Reserve, card capture & elimination bonus are in effect.
