Lots of places to get set up,
A little dice weight here or there,
and just a touch o the elimination cascade to finish off...

Superb!

P.S:
I played this for like a year before I realized it was Seattle. ;)

Great board for a Capital battle. Good for beginners in capital fighting as well, so they can get used to how this works. One bug I see was that continent "Union Joe" is only a +2 and should be a +3 continent. Is really fun for tournament battles!

One of my favorite boards. Tends towards very sharp play. All parts of the board are playable, but if you're in a position to grab the southwest early, you have a significant advantage.

Alluring design and creative mechanics. I'm addicted to the stuff myself so I understand the significance of the cups being capitals. Haven't played enough to be absolutely sure, but my Spidey-senses tell me that the board is balanced - no part of the board looks to enjoy a great positional advantage. It certainly is filled with a good assortment of choke points. insuring good game-play ..and less likelihood of crab-game, drawn out, stalematish endings. Cram is clearly a master board-designer.

Very fun board. The capitals (coffee cups) are key, providing income through an unusual inverse hordes approach, and allowing the game to move relatively quickly by providing early opportunities for eliminations.

I quite like the idea of many small cups as capitals. The borders are a bit tricky, have to pay attention.

Looks nice, plays well. Capitols don't make a huge effect on the play, but add a slight uniqueness. Great theme and design!
