General Gameplay Notes:

The majority of rules are on the board itself. Here are some additional items. The bunker attack range is indicated by a red line. Abandon with retention. Light Fog. You must capture a non-empty territory to get a card. No bonus for # of territories, only bases and flags. There is NO minimum bonus, so if you have no flags or bases, you get no units.
