On December 7th, 1941, the Empire of Japan launched a surprise attack on the United States at its naval base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
Six Imperial Japanese Navy carriers used two aerial attack waves to destroy four US Navy battleships and numerous smaller ships and aircraft. Intended as a preventive assault to keep the US out of the Pacific during Japan?s aggressive expansion in Southeast Asia.
The response from the US, however, was to engage Japan and the remaining Axis powers in World War II.
The design of Pearl Harbor recreates the scene of the attack as it was in 1941. Continent troop bonuses reflect the importance of Ford Island and the Shipyards.
Unlimited attacks and one transfer.
This map is dedicated to all military veterans of the United States, especially those who lost their lives responding with gallantry on that day, a date which will live in infamy.
Special thanks to Brandon for his gameplay design.
